New outdoor water use restrictions

The City of Raleigh has eased outdoor water use restrictions. Sprinkler irrigation is now permitted twice a week. Even numbered addresses can irrigate Wednesday and Sunday, while odd numbered addresses can irrigate Tuesday and Saturday. The same schedule holds true for hose end sprinklers. Hand held hoses can be used for watering every day. Car washing is permitted on the weekends.
